Where is LOKKER’s office?

LOKKER is a company based in Jakarta, Indonesia with their office at Kota Kasablanka Tower A lt. 38, Jl. Casablanca Raya Kav. 88, South Jakarta, Indonesia.

Only tenants of the apartment unit where the storage locker is located and is still an active tenant can rent storage locker. The Customer agrees to provide proof of the rental.

  • Letter from building management that you are a tenant at the apartment complex
  • Rental agreement or proof of apartment ownership copy
  • KTP or SIM copy for Indonesian citizens and / or passport copy for foreign citizens
  • Photo of customer’s face
  • Contact details of customer
  • Emergency contact details of the customer
  • We will give you the terms and conditions of renting space with us

Our verification of the customer’s supplied documents will take between 1 to 3 business days.

Upon our confirmation that the Customer’s documents are in order and signing of lease contract, you will have 2 business days to transfer payment through bank or ATM the total dues depending on package selected and will need to transfer one month’s full refundable deposit for any potential damages to the storage lockers. Once transfer is complete, you will send us proof of transfer through WhatsApp or email and we will confirm the receipt of transfer within 1 business day.

After we confirm receipt of payment, we can schedule a time with you to move your items into you rented storage space.

30 days before the termination of your contract, Lokker’s representatives will contact you to confirm if you want to continue with renting storage space or not continue.
If you choose to continue, we will send you the renewal contract documents to sign and update all your information for the new contract period atleast 7 days prior to your end of lease period. Your deposit will continue with us and you will not need to top up till end of renewed contract period.
If you choose not to continue with us, we will schedule a time for inspection of your emptied storage locker and if no damages are identified to the storage locker, we will fully refund the deposit within 14 business days of the final inspection and / or end of contract term, which ever is latest.

Customers will be required to provide details of the items being stored in the rented storage space from LOKKER. The following items are not allowed for storage:
  • Perishable items – Live animals and/or plants, including fresh vegetables and fruits
  • Deceased persons / animals
  • Valuables such as gold, other precious metals, jewelry, antiques, cash in any currency, documents and securities, antiques, and other valuables unless agreed to with Us
  • Toxic chemicals such as but not limited to cyanide, motor vehicle batteries, paints, batteries, and other chemicals
  • Flammable and/or explosive goods
  • Goods that cause radiation
  • Narcotics and illegal drugs
  • Goods that have the potential to transmit diseases such as blood bags from donors
  • Sharp-smelling goods
  • Open container liquids (all liquids need to stored in a closed and sealed container)
  • Goods containing pornography in any form including but not limited to DVDs, Hard disks, Flash Disks, Pictures, Posters, Books, Magazines, etc
  • Stolen goods and/or proceeds of crime

You have the freedom to buy your own locks to customize your safeguard measure or you can purchase a standard lock from us.

  • 24/7 video surveillance available to ensure security of renters storage space / locker
  • Safety as storage space / lockers are available at renters apartment complex
  • Convenience – Due to the location of renters locker space, renters items are available to 24/7 and are accessible anytime
  • Locks for the renters storage space / lockers are at their discretion; hence, accessible anytime only by renter as he/she only owns the keys
  • Affordable as it is cheaper than renting dedicated space (like a kos) for storage
  • Clean and insect free as we will ensure insecticide is sprayed periodically on a monthly basis to keep insects at bay

The Customer takes full responsibility of the items stored. LOKKER only provides the space for storage.

In the event of early termination, you will forfeit your payment for the contract period but you are eligible to receive full refund if locker is found to have no damages upon inspection.

If we receive no payment on contract extension and / or confirmation of termination and moving of goods out of the rented locker by the end of the Customer’s contract period, a warning letter will be issued on the first day after the end of the contract period.
A second warning letter will follow in 7 business days if we do not receive Customer’s payment for extension or your confirmation for termination and removal of Customer’s goods from the rented storage locker within that time period.
A third warning letter issued 14 business days after the end of the contract period of the storage locker.
In the event that the Customer has not paid after the third warning letter has been sent, the Customer agrees that we have the right to open a storage locker and remove the Customer's goods from the storage locker without requiring prior approval from the Customer.
The Customer agrees that we are not responsible if the Customer's goods issued from the storage locker are damaged or lost and the Customer forgoes the deposit held by us.

Get minimum of 15 tenants in your apartment complex to confirm that they need rental space, and we will immediately engage with your building management to initiate the process of bringing storage to you.
